Bank Of Baroda — I don't get refund in my account

Respected sir/madam,
I had done one transaction with amazon on 6th june 2017 & that order from amazon was cancelled on 6th of june amazon refund me amount & and gave me reference number[protected] but i have not received the amount in my account so please check my issue
