Bank Of Baroda — I have not got my money back even after 9 days

Address: vill- Dumkabangar Bacchidharma p.o- Halduchaur tehsil-Lalkuan, Nainital, Uttarakhand, 263139

I payed my order from amazon through my b. O. B rupay debit card, in first try it showed a text message that transaction is cancelled, so i used my card again and i succesfully paid, after 6 minutes the same amount got deducted from my account again. I called bank customer care service and they told me that in 5 working days you wil get your money back in your account, but that did not happened so i visited my bank of baroda branch and they told me that they can not do anything in this. I need my money back i need that money very urgently. Please help.
