[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — I haven't got my refund amount

I have got refund of rs613 on 21st jan 2019 but i have not recieved that amount till now. When i called customer care and my branch then they are saying we do not have your money and they are not helping me. Amazon provided me reference number but bank of is not even checking that reference number please help me. I have attached screenshot of my amazon reference number.
