Bank Of Baroda — iam complaining about online myflowergift e commerce service https://www.myflowergift.com/

Www.Myflowergift.Com e commerce service denied to deliver the product after receiving the payment of cash 799 rupees on 02 feb 2019 via debit card payment. Since 14 th february i have been trying to contact them for refunding the money, but the merchant is not accepting my refund request and they are not ready to give an explanation, instead of giving an explanation they are behaving very rude and on 16 th feb 2019 on wards they are not even ready to attend the call. So i suspect a fraud action.
I hereby request you to file a charge back on the basis of category 13.1 marchantise not delivered.
