Bank Of Baroda — I'm complaining about my refund

I placed an order on amazon.in on 31st of march of rs 4875 using upi but then i cancelled my order. According to amazon they initiated payment on the same day they also gave me refund reference number that is - refund reference #[protected]. I also tried visiting bank but they denied that they got payment. Again i contacted amazon they suggested me to contact bank again it is almost 9 days now what im supposed to do

I have a Refundable Reference no regard with amazon so when i just called to bank of Baroda customer care no they are not giving me correct information about my refund amount. i have reference no 74332749089908834413845 with amazon online shopping.sir please provide me solution ASAP thanks.

but the balance is not displaying in our account even many days has passed.
