Bank Of Baroda — Improper behavior of the employees

I have an account with Gulzarbagh Patna branch. The automatic passbook updating machine is not working and the staff in the branch refuse to update the passbook. My money is stuck with an online shopping site they want a copy of my passbook. They are even not ready to give the account statement. And there is so much of intolerant behavior. My account number is [protected]. If this is what the bank will behave then I am afraid I will have to close the account including mine and all the family members.

Sir, I m holding a current account and apply for a pos machine in december and till now it is not available.branch is not giving me proper answer and ignoring the issue.I m suffering a big loss with my competitor in absence of pos machine.plz help me out.

I bought shoes of rs 455 through my debit card on 22nd february.again I returned that item and asked for refund.They refunded my amount but I didn't get my money in account.so pls help me to get my amount...
