Hello,
I have saving account with bank of baroda by number [protected].
On 31dec 2018 i did imps to other account of amount 12000/-. Amount got debted from my account but it was not credited to beneficiary account.
When i called your support team, they said it got failed because of some technical problem and said amount will be credited in my saving account in1t+2 days time frame.
But today is seventh day and still not done.
Again i called your support team and they asked me to send mail.
I have sent 3 reminder mail in imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com and every time i get auto generated mail..
Attachment of the transaction screenshot is already in the mail.
I am woundering is this the type of service you provide??
How can you expect that customers will be motivated to open an account with you..
V sad service..
Kindly transfer my amount in my account asap.
