K transfer to other account 8000&8000 and debbitted my account tomorrow and today but not sent third party bank account so i complaint for bank of baroda mobile banking so plzzz resolved my complaint

Bank of Baroda don't warn me about any charges in my account,
I don't want to continue my account on that bank...plz do needful and provide me an option to get out of that situation...even branch employees don't provide me a good solution...
