But the beneficiary told me that he not yet received the payment. If the payment was not sent to him please refund the amount of rs.10000/- to my account at the earliest. I have SB A/c With Bopal branch and I ware cash withdrawal of Rs.6000/- vide its transaction ID is TID-01-CRGJAH27, REF[protected] dated 8-6-2018 at time 08:03:23 morning at Bopal’s Branch ATM but due electric terminate your ATM ware shutdown and my transaction fails but till date there no credit return in my account,
