Dear sir / madam, my name is Ramesh Dungarbha Sumaniya. I have sent money of rs.8000/- through imps to other account. But the beneficiary told me that he not yet received the payment but amount debited in my account. Error message showed while transfer was request timed out 909 system malfunctioned if the payment was not sent to him please refund the amount of rs.8000/- to my account at the earliest. I have attched herewith the bank statement for your ready reference.
