[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — imps transaction timeout

On 1st april, 2019 i made an imps transaction for the amount of rs. 50000 which was timeout, but my account was debited for the same amount and another person didnot get credited.

My complain has not been resolved even after sending an email to imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com

Almost 21 days has been passed... Not sure how long i should wait here to get my funds back in my account.

Email sent through branch also but still not resolved.

Person from local branch in my town has personally help me resolving my complain. Great efforts by him. Anyways thank you forum for taking initiative.

Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
