Bank Of Baroda — imps transaction timeout

Dear concern

I did a IMPS transaction of RS 1500 through m connect aap and during this it has been timeout.

It's been more than 20 days I didn't received the money back. I have not received any response after lots of email complaint.

I was depositing cash ₹6000 in a cash depositing near my home Bank of Baroda Indirapuram Branch and the transaction failed and amount not received account.The amount was not even credited to my account.
