Bank Of Baroda — imps transfer problem

I have transferred rs 45000 to yes bank dishtv infra services on[protected] at about 3.40 pm but till 19/12/2017 10.20 am it has not been credited to the dishtv infra services account in yes bank i have call the customer care they says wait for three days if it will not be credited to the account we will refund it to your account in this days when imps means instant fund transfer because of the banks system issue why customer has to wait for three days it should be immediately return back to the customer account i donot know for what reason we have to wait for three days
