Bank Of Baroda — incorrect money transfer to bank account

Hi,

I have wrongly transferred ₹18000 to another bank account using phone pe.
I have contacted the concerned person mr. Sanjay prasad, but he is giving excuses to acknowledge the amount has been transferred.

Please return the deposited amount to my bank account.
