This complaint is in regards to a credit card that is been incorrectly reported in my trans union cibil and crif high mark credit report by bank of baroda.
Bank of baroda has given a credit card to some one in 2004 and updated the same in my credit report. At that time i was in college and did not even had a pan card. How can i take a credit card without a pan card?
This has been escalated to bank of baroda in the month of october 2018, and someone from their legal department sent me the application form of the credit card holder which proves that the account does not belong to me. The service request number provided by the legal. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com is 7072128 with an application form of the credit card xxxx3005 with bank of baroda confirming that the customer is someone else and not me. All the personal details in the application form are different to mine, but still this credit card is reporting in my credit reports and has not been removed. If the application form is not mine that was sent by them, then why is this account reflecting in my credit report?
Banking ombudsman is aware of this escalation and the complaint number is cts no-[protected]. Maintainable complaint no [protected]. Complaint no - [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]
Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint.
