I am manager finance air india and your customer at kalina branch.
Sir me and my wife are both severely disabled couples.
First point
My bob net banking is giving lots of issues -
It had got locked and i got it unlocked from the branch doing all those necessary formality.
I changed the pswd as suggested by the system while login.
Each time it says "pswd successfully changed" but while i login in using new password, it throws out an error.
This happened 2 or three times.
Second point
I wanted to create an fd of rs. 500000/- and 1st floor staff were very non co-operative. We take around 20 minutes to climb the floor.
The gentleman across the table sent me to ground floor again to collect the form. I did so.. And came up again.
The branch manager was very good and filled my fd form, as i have writing difficulty.
The staff / officers should be instructed to be more human please...
