I have booked two tickets through irctc and payment made by bhim application through my mobile on dt.20.01.2018 upi/[protected]/16:02:37/upi/[protected] & upi/[protected]/16:14:55/upi/[protected]
The same tickets i have canceled on 27/03/2018 & 28/03/2018. I got refund for the ticket cancel on 27/03/2018 but refund for 28/03/2018 cancelled ticket is still pending. I have contacted my branch (Kribhconagar, surat, gujarat) they asked to mail at their branch. As per their demand i gave one e-mail with details of booking & cancellation and even forwarded reply e-mail by irctc regarding the refund reference no. & date. &money to be deposited.
Branch manager has escalated issue to the concerned department & copy of that e-mail is also forwarded to me. But witout going in the deep concerned department has declined the refund saying on dt.27/03/2018 customer account is deposited with refund. Then after my continue follow up 2-3 times same issue escalated to the concerned department but it is of no use as no reply from them.
