My name is naresh prabhudas sheth, i have an account with your bank. My account no.[protected] since 20 years. Today i went to your rajkot main branch for to get tds certificate on counter number - 7 on standard time 2:45 pm. On that counter nobody was there. After that i asked to other staff, where is this person. I got answer like he was gone for lunch. Banking recess time for lunch is 2.00 pm to 2.30 pm. Please answer us, what i have to do now, i punished by my boss for leave of half day and my salary deducated, answer us about that, from where i recover my loss?
