Bank Of Baroda — issue of ledger balance

I have an issue in ac : [protected] of some amount which is always showing as ledger amount which from more than 1 year and there is no response from my bank branch and its make weaker my cibil score. But please make it clear or else i have no option to complaint a case against the bank and i hope that this thing will get clear or else i too have no options.

सर जी मैंने 9 अप्रेल को मैंने मोबाईल बेकिंग से 1000 भेजा था किसी की खाते में मेरे खाते से कट गये है अभी तक मेरे खाते मै अभी तक वापिस नहीं आये है !
