Bank Of Baroda — Lethargic and callous attitude of one of staff person

This is in reference to my mutiple visits to bob dwarka sector 12 branch.i visited the branch many times and surprised see the working conditions. To my surprise it is shocking that such a aggressive bank can't afford token system or que manager as such i have to keep waiting in crowd without any turn wise system. Its all like anyone can come first.. Fully hassled public dealing.i had to wait for 20 min to get my turn and when my turn came the person standing next to me comfortably listened my bank queries because of total mismanagement. Another shock i would like to bring to the notice of lethargic and callous attitude of one of the very senior banker SK GOEL. Surprise to know that BABUS still exists in banks who come to bank for sleeping. I wonder there is no one to watch him or there is still no means in banking scenario to monitor ones work. Seeing a bank employee sleeping during rush hours harass general public and gives a poor reputation of bank and its employees. I went to bank for my housing loan but such a indifferent approach of mr goel made my thinking true that Babus still exists in banking scenario... He insulted me because he was feeling sleepy.. He kept me waiting because he was feeling hungry before lunch timings he harassed me because i asked him for my housing loan for which he was indifferent. My humble request to the bank is please keep watch over such employees or put them in back office where there is no work so that such babus can really enjoy their eating and sleeping activity and general public should not get harassment.

Bank Of Baroda Mera Account he net banking mobile banking 1month ho chuka he rqwest diye huve abhi tak kush process huva nhi he unhone abhi tak entry hi nhi kiya he or aage atm pin debit card pin chqek book ka bhi rqwesh diya uska bhi koi proses nhi huva bank me update nhi kiya he ye sab ka 1month ho chuka he ye bank surat ki bhatar vali branch ka hissa he vhi pe mera aacount he or ushi bank ka manager pankaj vo sir bhi sab kush jut bol he Mene Vo galti kardi Vha pe aacount kulva ke .. manger ko to saala baat hi karna hi nhi aaate he khali dilasa dete rhe te he or unse bhi kush kaam ho ta nhi he
