Bank Of Baroda — lien amount not released by bank

I had applied for ipo dixon technologies through net banking of bob account no.[protected] with bank ref. No.[protected] and bid application no. Is [protected] on 12.9.2017. (Amount 14128/-)
As i have not been alloted this ipo hence the lien amount should be refunded to my account however it is still blocked and showing in lien amount.

Bob asba acknowledgment receipt attached. Please do the needful.

I am continuously trying to contact on[protected]/316 but no response.
