Bank Of Baroda — lien amount shown 28000

Hi,
I am jai shree arora, my account no is [protected], i have applied for apex ipo and shares get allocated to me but apart from debiting amount its captured my other amount under lien i. E. Rs. 28, 0000.
I have issued a cheque of rs 20, 000 dated sept 8, 2017.
I tried to contact to customer care as well as branch office no one replying for that.
