Dear sir,

Subject - cheque clear after stop cheque using m connect

I refer to captioned subject, i am operating staff saving account in the bkc branch 290401/7281. I have given standing instruction using m connect to stop the cheque no 000061 dated 01/01/2018 amounting rs 20000 on 04.01.2018.

But then also while presenting of cheque, it has been cleared. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue and revert back the amount debited after clearance of cheque.

I have subjected account with isanpur ahmedabad branch, several time i had given application for e-statement, but till to-days not receipt by email,
to much to traffic on branch it it not easy to got monthly statement,

kindly provide link for estatement
