Bank Of Baroda — many days gone refund not received yet

A refund has been made by amazon on 13th of april regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 29, 2019 Updated by deblina3 Amazon even gave the refund reference number - 74332749104910350317310 Which bank of baroda customer service representatives ignored to check and said no such numbet is there. Apr 29, 2019 Updated by deblina3 Rs.2179 is where then? Amazon saying they have did refund successfully and sent me email, bank saying no refund of Rs.2179 received?? Where is my money???
