I piara lal ec no. 38271 had submitted my domiciliary claim for rs. 1392/- on 23/02/2017 and my claim reference no is 1525139 still showing payable.
I have already written to the concerned department but no response till date received by me. I have requested you instruct concerned department to pay the same immediately
