Bank Of Baroda — mi app - refund not yet received

Address: Kolathur, Chennai-99

An amount of rs.12898/- has been asked for refund from mi app.
But from mi i have received a mail the refund succeeded...
But i had not received from my bank yet.
I talked to mi custumer care so they said from their side the amount has refunded to bank, they are asking me to ask the bank for the amount.

From bank side i am getting no response.

I have not experienced like this.
