This is to inform you that we made a complaint against mrs. Thakur on datd 12 aug 2017 by online complaint at bank of baroda site and thru email on email ids of head office and dgm customer care but no one take our complaint seriously. Mrs. Thakur mis behave with us and after complaint she freezed our account. Sir plz let me know what type ofservices you are giving to your customer. Kindly take this matter seriously.
