Bank Of Baroda — misbehave , false commitments and delay in loan disbursement

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that I have one Home loan account in BOB Sec 62 Noida Gen Next branch My account details are as below:

This loan is against the Property Purchased at Blossom Logix Zest, Sec 143 and My unit number is C 1403. Till the year 2016 BOB was disbursing the Amount to my Loan account against this property and Later due to some issues with builder they denied to further disburse amount to Logix although this Project was approved by the BOB in the initial stage.

Logix has intimated me in the month of March 2019 that they will be giving possession letter soon so be ready with the Payment

In view of this as BOB was not disbursing loan to Logix Builder so I decided to Close my Loan account from BOB and move to some another Bank as I was left without any option. I visited your bank on 16th March 2019 where I met the Branch Manager Mr. Gautam. When I requested him to give me following documents as requested by the different Bank for Loan take over. Mr. Gautam said “I am new to the branch and the concern officer (don’t remember name exactly may be Chinkal) who is handling this is not in office so he cannot help today and ask me to visit the branch again”.

So on Monday[protected] I wrote an email to the BOB team @ [protected]@bankofbaroda.com for demanding the list of documents that are required by the other bank. Mail number 1 enclosed for your reference.

Next day Bank officer called me and she inquired why I am closing loan and then she confirmed that if it is full and final demand then we will disburse the loan and requested me to arrange updated demand for further disbursement. She confirmed me on 19th of March 2019 that disbursement will be done. Mail Number 2 enclosed for your reference.

On 28th of June when I sent the latest demand letter to bank for giving me margin money that I need to deposit in my BOB account for further disbursement that moment they started asking me some more documents like OC certificate from Builder and upto date payment receipt from builder that I arranged and given to bank. I started following up from your team since then & after lots of efforts and follow up Mr. Gautam picked up my call on last Friday and he confirmed that he is busy and by Monday(17.07.19) he will share the required details. When I have not received any response till Wednesday (10.07.19) I started calling him since morning and till evening he didn’t picked up the call and in the evening he picked the call and stated “ I am not in office, kaam to staaf ko karna hota hai main to manager hoon, aap visit karo bank mein aur lejao letter”, then I asked him to share contact details of staff so that I can talk with them then phone was disconnected after our heated arguments. But he didn’t shared me number of any staff member.

Today morning when I called him for support on this then he finally said your loan cannot be disbursed because of some mortgage issue & till registry is not done they will not give any disbursement . When I ask him why your staff confirmed me 2 months back that disbursement will be done he said he has no clue what I have discussed with loan officer and you can speak with her directly and when I requested for her number Phone was disconnected.

My concerns are clear and as below:

1. Why the board numbers and phone numbers are not getting picked up by any of the staff:

2. If BOB was not in position to release the payment then why I was made fool and harassed unnecessary and false commitment was given to me that disbursement will be done.
3.Behavior of branch manager (Mr. Gautam) is not good and he is not worried about the Customer issues .
4.Now if BOB will not disburse loan I have to move to some another bank and it will take some time and I need to pay the penalty that builder will raise to me who will be responsible for that.
5.If other banks are doing disbursement then why BOB cannot do?

Builder is after me for the payment please help me to disburse the loan amount against full and Final payment all details are enclosed.

I have ordered an amazon product order no.[protected] And after return item refund not credit to my bank account. Refund reference no.[protected] provided by amazon. And after contacted to bank customer service the refused about the refund and denied about the reference no.
