Bank Of Baroda — misbehave of branch worker and mobile number not yet update

Hello everyone,

I had applied the application for mobile number change in mathura branch 45 days earlier. But still my number has not updated. I went to branch today and asked to clerk for status of my application, he is said it will be in 1-2 years. I asked other person of branch, he said already 200-300 application pending for mobile number updation from 4-5 months. He suggest to me that i close this account and open a new account. This process would be fast. After that i contact to manager of branch, he said all process has been done from our side. Process is pending from main branch side. So i can not tell the time of this process. You should wait 15-20 days more.

Can anyone face this problem too? And when my number will update.
