Myself swapana devi d/o veeri singh have an account with bob, katra nadbai, bharatpur. I recently visited my branch for my name rectification. Staff has advised me to give an application with adhar card. I asked at the counter no.1. That does adhar card need self attestation. He replied with no. I send my husband to give my application to the bank annexed with my adhar card. When my husband gave the application at counter no.1 to the same candidate whi advised me not to self attestation of my adhar copy suddenly asking for self attestation. My residence is far from branch. It was really frustrating for my husband. When my husband told to staff about self attestation doesn't required according to you and now you are saying it is required. Sir who is responsible for this.in this 48 degree temperature far away from my home your staff is misbehaving. This is your branch that welcomes us with frustration. I need solution now when once i submitted my application with correct details than why my name was wrong. And if it's your mistake we are tolerating than what the misbehaving of your staff to us when it is totally your mistake. I need my grievances solved as i am member of your bank.
