I operate my a/c no [protected]. Since a decade. My father aged about 75yr visiting yesterday for completion of passbook, he met with operational head, who lost his temper and shout with a strong voice. He showing his misbehaviour with a senior citizen.in such condition i am constrained to close my account. Now it is requested that the enquirie may please be conducted and suitable action be take in against such officer. Thank you.
