My complaint is pending from 17th March, 2017 and till date with the Forum and in Bank of Baroda, Wadala Branch from 6th December, 2016 and i am not received any feedback on any type of action that both have taken.
This process seems to be a non-ending process with no progress, which is giving me lot of mental strain and stress. It seems that my complaint/issue/problem is not been seriously taken up by any of the officials. Its really sad to say here that an international bank of such a high strata is not able to resolve its customers problems by bringing it to a successful conclusion. It is really surprising to note here that they are not able to find my records, wonder how the filing system is managed/arranged & how files are maintained. Was this information helpful? |
