I have lodged a complaint on 17th march, 2017 with you and the complaint status only shows "bank of baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint" from the date of me lodging a complaint.
The bank has misplaced the files containing my records for which i have been following up with the officials including the senior official of the bank from 6th december, 2016 onwards, but besides they not able to trace my documents they have no further explanations to give me, though they are fully aware that i need the documents on priority basis.
Besides one liner status given above no further development is noticed. At least by considering the seriousness of the issue, urgent steps could be directed to be taken to rigorously make a search of my records, or best solution would be that i should be authorised and allowed to search the bank godown/place where the files are kept or records are maintained, to avoid further wastage of time.
