[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — MISS BEHAVIOR OF BRANCH MANAGER

I HAD "AN OBC" CHEQUE OF "RAJ BANK-JAMNAGAR" BECAUSE MY HOMEBRANCH IS IN SURAT ATHWALINES BRANCH (ISFC:- BARBOATHWAL). THEN I DEPOSITE IT ON 28/09/2014 IN GONDAL (DIST:-RAJKOT), BUT THEY DON'T CLEAR IT AND CALL ME TO TAKE AWAY THAT CHEQUE FROM THEIR BRANCH. THEY RETURN MY CHEQUE TO ME WITHOUT STAMPING "ALL CLEARING CANCELLATION STAMP" SO BOB OF SURAT DOESN'T ACCEPT IT . IN ADDITION TO IT BOB OF SURAT TOLD ME THAT THET CHEQUE CAN BE DEPOSITED IN ANY BRANCH AND I HAVE THEIR RECORDED MOBILE CONVERSATION WITH GONDAL BOB CLEARING SECTION ALSO. AFTER THAT WHEN I RETURNED TO GONDAL AND CONTACT THE BRANCH MANAGER (MR. A.K.SINHA), THEY GIVE ME VERY ROUGHLY ANSWER WITH "HIGH .ATTITUDE" THAT "OBC" CHEQUE CANNOT BE DEPOSITED IN ANY BRANCH EXCEPT HOME BRANCH. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN RECEIPT FOR IT THEN THEY MISS BEHAVED WITH ME AND TOLD SECURITY TO TOOK ME OUT.
