Bank Of Baroda — mobile app mconnect is not working on my registered mobile

Dear sir,

I am having saving bank account no.[protected] with bob civil lines, kanpur-208001.

Mconnect mobile app of bob is stop working on my registerd mobile from last 10 days saying that you have not logged-in with the registered sim.

I have already contacted with base branch, but they do not have any solution.
Kindly resolve the issue.
