Sir, I wanted to draw money from my bob debit card urgently and i went to sbi atm opposite rabindra bhawan, ambari, guwahati on 6/8/2019 at 5.24 pm. I wanted, 6000 and atm said wait your transaction is under process but in time it said transaction over but money did not come. It is debited to my account. Since then i am franctical. I am in great trouble as i wanted the money. I did contact the online portal of bob and they have registered a complaint on my behalf.
