Bank Of Baroda — Money deducted from bank account but didn't get in paytm

Hi have tried adding money 700 rs in my paytm account through bank of baroda debit card unfortunatly transaction got failed from paytm and money got deducted from bank account.The paytm peope are saying that they have not got any money from bank .please look forward and credit my money back to my account

Respected sir,
During the period 9.11.2016 to 30.12.2016 .according to news the commission of swap machine was free during that period but Bank has taken that commission In some transaction . So please refund my amount
