Bank Of Baroda — money got deducted twice while booking flight

On 16 october 2017, i book a flight from bangalore to delhi (Round trip). Flight is on 9 december 2017 and 17 december 2017 using goibibo app.

While booking flight, i first made transaction through net banking and it was failed. I again made transaction through debit card and it was successful and ticket was booked.

I had a word with both bank of baroda and goibibo. Bank of baroda told from their end payment is successful and settled with merchant and goibibo is saying they have check all their payment gateway and payment is failed from their end. Please find attached mail from bank and goibibo
