Bank Of Baroda — money is debited but not yet refunded

2000 rupees was debited from my account without done any transaction.
Debited date:aug 15 2017
Still money is not refunded.
Many times i was contacted the bob customer care but they didn't help me out from this problem.

Could you please once look into this problem
And solve my problem asap.
