I have withdrawn 12000/- and take only 10000/-

I diksha jain accont no [protected]..
I have made bill payment of gas bill which was of Rs 220/- there was Rs 20 in my freerecharge wallet. So only Rs200 was use to make the bill payment on 8th of feb, 2017... but in passbook entry is shoowing that 300 is charge... plz refund Rs 100/-

Bank of baroda... bank doesn't maintain proper record... there's always some or the other problem is there... sometym cash collection machine is not working den sometimes passbook printing machine is not working nor ther is proper record's of entry...
