Bank Of Baroda — money not refunded from amazon

I made a purchase from amazon.in on 11 august 2017 of ₹23159. I was supposed to get a refund of ₹23159 from amazon.in on 16 august 2017 but not received. I contacted amazon and they said refund is processed from their side and ask me to file a charge dispute. I want to file a charge dispute so that bank can credit my amount in my account. Refund reference number is 74332747224722361378499 and the authorisation code for sale transaction is 121347.

मैंने अपनी बच्ची तान्या गुप्ता के नाम से आज से दस पहले बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा शक्करपुर ब्रांच में एफडीआर न ०३/२४८३६ कराई थी जो कि १६ अगस्त २०१७ को समाप्त हो गयी उसकी पेमेंट के लिए रोज बैंक के चक्कर लगा रहा हूँ, परन्तु पेमेंट नहीं हो रही है वह कहते हैं सर्वर डाउन है दिन मै दो दो चक्कर रोज लगा रहा हूँ पर मेरा पैसा मुझे नहीं मिल रहा हैं

Sir, i submit my request form for mobile banking before 1 week but they was so many time say " system was not started"
