Complaint marked as Resolved The money finally processed & refunded by bank. Though BOB is very slow in processing refund requests via e-commerce, yet I am happy to have resolved my complaint via this platform Consumer Complaints. Thanks a ton.
To the ones who are worrying about their strucked money(shopping online or swapping card), I can assure you to be calm & relaxed about your deductions/money. BOB service are quite slow & takes time to be processed.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
