[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — money still not refunded for failed online ecommerce transaction

On 12th april i had loaded 10000 rupees online through debit card of bank of baroda to kotak 811 account the money was deducted from my bank of baroda account through debit card but was not credited to kotak 811 account. I had launched complaint with tracking id:-337898. I kindly request to solve my problem and credited my account as soon as possible. Refund reference number[protected]. A can by a phone on online shopping I can return the phone to Amazon the refund is not dedced in my account .my account number is [protected] please help me..
