Bank Of Baroda — my account balance locked in lien balance

Hello, i had account with my bank of broda, and i doing many transaction with my debitcard daily. But from few days rs.60, 103.75 showing in my lien balance.

No other bank having this issue, only bank of broda have this, i am unable to withdrawl money from my bank of broda account balance.

Please solve this problem, its urgent.
