Bank Of Baroda — my account has been debited but beneficiary account has not credited

I was placing an order with xiaomi communications and logistics india private limited my account has successfully debited with amount but not credited to their account. I have contacted xiaomi customer care service they are saying they did not received the amount.
I was placing order through bhim pay of amount 1599.
