Hello sir/ madam,

I have account in gurgaon jharsa branch with account number - [protected]
A refund amount of 3000rs is made by airtel on 27 nov 2018 but that amount still has not been credited in my account.

So airtel has told me to file a chargeback request. So i am mailing for the same.

Airtel has told me the refund reference number which is[protected].

Please help me resolving this issue.
