Bank Of Baroda — my complaint against bank of baroda regarding my refund from amazon refund rs 348

Charge dispute form...
A refund has been made by amazon on 15th of february regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying your amount will be refund within 14 business day but still not received my amount i've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details i need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible kindly resolve my problem

Updated by Piya11 I had to get my refund from amazon they had initiated my refund of 15 February of rs 348 2020 which refund has not been received yet then I have to take support to bank of Barod customer care they said your refund will be get 14 within 14 business working days and 14 working days has been completed but my refund not received yet kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible
