Bank Of Baroda — My DEBIT card has been blocked

Dear sir/ madam,

this is to inform you that i have an account which comes under Prime minister jan-dhan- yojna, but from this month they have blocked my debit card, i could not withdraw money from ATM. My debit card no is [protected]. i am using this account for my saving account and currently from two months it is using for salary account. but i am going to open a new bank account where my salary will be transfer. kindly unblock my card, so i can live properly, other wise i will not get any thing. its creating problems.
