Bank Of Baroda — my money refunded amount from shein and amazon as well is not reflecting in my account

My refund from shein.com was initiated on 27 july which is still not reflected. They said it is trasfferd from there side and gave transaction i'd as [protected]

It is almost more than a month. And i need my money as soon as possible

Same with amazon.com they initiated my refund and transaction i'd provided was 130241

Same with this site. It's 2 weeks. I did not get my refund
