I Would like to inform you that since 29th Feb 2020 i am not getting any response from online complaint services as well from branch. My complaint was I had deposit the 8, 000 rupees in cash deposit machine and suddenly electricity was gone and machine was not able to count the money and also i did not received any receipt from cash deposit machine. I had chat with costumer care executive and he told me that, just wait for 24 hours your money will be credited, if not they call again about problem and complaint.I had complaint on 2-march-2020 and my complaint number DBFN[protected],
I waited up to 9th march and next day i received massages from bank ( The complaint was resolved but it was not resolved because my money was not credited). Then again i called to costumer care regarding the same issue and they said go to the branch and give written complaint. After two to three days i received again message from bank and massages was that your problem has been resolved but it wasn't. Through that massage, there was link and i had open that link and checked the problem was not resolved and i called again to costumer care and talked to care executive for that he told me to wait up to 48 hrs. Then i waited up to 18 march at 12:46 after that i called again to costumer care and talked with floor supervisor and she wort my complaint and she said that, she will sand this complaint to higher authorities and still complaint was not resolved. Then again i called to costumer care on 21-march and talked to floor supervisor and i repeat the same story about my problem and they said they send the complaint to higher authorities. After the long time there was no solution and problem was not resolved so, i am requesting to consider this problem is very serious and try to resolve ASAP.

Note: After several time informed to the costumer care executive as well floor supervisor to check the CCTV were ATM has allocated and verified ( Date : 29-Feb-2020 /taming 2:30 pm /machine number 1CRGJVA10) to resolved the problems.
